Base library (Foundation)

This is the GNUstep base library (resembling Foundation). It provides basic data types (NSString, NSDate, NSData, NSNumber, ...), Containers (NSArray, NSSet, NSDictionary, ...) and many useful basic classes.

This version is a bugfix release of the stable branch.
